HOW DO I ORDER

Start with building your order on our site online here on this site - select your item from the collections and utilize the drop down menu's to select your table options. It is then best to follow up with a rep via the chat, FB page, or text call 870-224-5753 to confirm selections, price, options, etc. This removes any confusions or concern by ordering a $2000 table online without chatting with a human!

DO YOU HAVE A SHOWROOM WHERE I CAN SEE FINISH PRODUCTS AND SELECT STAIN?

Yes! Our showroom and Woodshop location is at:

10265 Snavely Rd. Elm Springs, AR 72762

This is the home of Beloved Furniture - where our working shop and small showroom is located. You can see tables in progress, touch and feel a few finished pieces, and talk to Jared or a rep to talk over your vision!

I LIVE TOO FAR AWAY TO COME TO THE SHOWROOM, CAN YOU SEND ME SAMPLES?

Absolutely we can! we send out samples to customers on a weekly basis, so were more than happy to send stain samples for you to review before placing your order.

CAN YOU HOLD OR STORE MY FURNITURE IF I'M NOT READY FOR IT

We will be reaching out to you before we start production on your custom furniture to confirm 1) the details of the order are correct and 2) you are ready to receive your custom furniture. This is your opportunity to delay production if you are not ready to receive your furniture. If we have received confirmation from you, and we finish your furniture and are ready to deliver it, we cannot hold or store your furniture under any circumstances. 

 

What Payment Options Do I Have?

We have an assortment of payment options for you to choose from.

  1. Pay In Full Here On The Website.
  2. Pay A 50% Deposit + 50% Upon Completion Of Your Furniture (Not upon delivery, but upon notification of the completion of the furniture.) by invoice.
  3. Credit Or Debit Card by invoice
  4. Paypal
  5. Venmo
  6. Check
  7. Cashapp
  8. Affirm Financing (See Option At Website Checkout)
  9. PayPal PayLater (See Options on Invoice)

I have a really specific question about color, design, or size, how can I get in touch with you?

Answer: You can email us at belovedfurniture@belovedfurniture.com, call or text us at (870) 224-5753 or message us on our facebook or instagram pages.  A representative will get in touch with you within an hour during the business week. 

DO I HAVE TO PAY EXTRA TO HAVE MY FURNITURE STAINED?

All of our standard stain options cost the same, so no additional charge for staining.  there is a $50 fee for custom stains

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY FURNITURE AFTER I PLACE MY ORDER?

Our waiting list can range from 6 -12 weeks sometimes it takes a little longer and sometimes a little less. This of course does change a little bit depending on how many orders we already have in line as well as how many pieces you order. All lead times given are PURELY ESTIMATES, sometimes we can get your furniture to you faster, sometimes it takes longer... Our primary goal is to make sure you have a high quality product that you're going to love for years to come. 

 

Question: What if I get my table and don't like the colors?

Answer: Every piece we make is made to order. That means you choose the size, style and color. Keep in mind that every piece of wood is different! Every board will stain slightly differently, please understand this before ordering with us. It is not something we have control over.
